Return Policy
You may return most items providing the goods are unused, have all labels attached and are in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All items returned to Kaaya, Inc. will be shipped prepaid by the customer. If the item you receive is damaged, you will be eligible for exchange or merchandise credit up to 60 days after purchase. Shipping
We're happy to take your order via our secure Web site. All orders will be confirmed through our four step check out process. When you place your order, we will estimate tax, shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will see the total cost, including shipping and tax, and delivery date in the order confirmation e-mail. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
